Due to Cardiff City playing in the League Cup Final on the 26th February, all mini fixtures are called off. 

Any team that would like to play on that day, may do so by having friendly's among yourselves, permission is granted by the league

Would all clubs note it is the responsibility of the club secretary to phone Derek Williams when a game has been called off and not the duty of the referee, if you do not phone Derek you WILL receive a fine in the post
