BRIDGEND AND DISTRICT MINI FOOTBALL LEAGUE
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
7.30PM JUNE 10TH 2009
CEFN CRIBBWR LEGION CLUB
ALL MINI FOOTBALL CLUBS MUST SEND A REPRESENTATIVE OR YOUR CLUB WILL BE FINED FOR NON-ATTENDANCE, A REGISTER OF CLUBS WILL BE TAKEN ON THE NIGHT.
The
management committee would also like to remind all clubs, if you have to
cancel your home fixture. You must call
Jon Larson and let Him know. It may be
possible to divert the effected clubs to other venues.
Also there has to be a valid reason for the cancellation, the weather or
illness are valid reasons. International fixtures in another sport are
not!
Similarly any club not wishing to fulfil a league fixture has to let
Jon Larson
know again with a valid reason. Not wanting to travel to one particular
club, or having a preference to play at a different fixture are not
valid reasons to cancel or change fixtures.
We would also like to remind you that you are
supposed to confirm fixtures a few days before they are played.
